Our group is composed of entrepreneurs, debt buyers (creditor), debt sellers, investors, paralegals, and attorneys with 65+ years of combined experience dealing with consumer and business credit. They specialize in selling consumer debt accounts that are beyond the statute of limitations for collection in various states, including auto, installment loans, credit cards, jewelry, furniture, mortgages, and telecom debts. Using a modern approach, they offer a unique experience for brokers and consumers to buy directly. Unlike traditional debt collection methods, they sell their debt accounts rather than harassing debtors to make payments on past loans or re-aging old accounts.. Their legal team performs a transfer of the debt with each purchase and reports it to all three credit bureaus after an account is satisfied. Our ultimate goal is to assist in reducing the nationwide debt in the United States and ease the burden for struggling consumers. We find good samaritan buyers that are willing to buy old debt in a relief effort in support of our company mission.
